Happy 1st Birthday !!
Your little one is exploring all the time! She will shake, bang, and throw things. She can also follow simple instructions, such as “pick up the toy”. By the time of the 12 month visit, if your child hasn’t already started walking, she will be attempting steps soon and should be “cruising” around while holding onto things (like furniture). Your child may show fear in certain situations and express joy in others. Although they won’t always be clear to others, your child will start to develop a few words over the next several months.
