We are hosting a Car Seat Safety check and our RSV antibody clinic at the office.
Please click the link to use the self scheduling in the portal to book an appointment for the RSV antibody clinic (for all babies under the age of 8months if mom did not receive the RSV vaccine during pregnancy) and then email Carseats@ynhh.org to schedule an appointment to have your car seats checked.
AFTER YOU HAVE LOGGED INTO OUR PATIENT PORTAL :
- choose SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
- then choose OTHER CATEGORY then “RSV ANTIBODY” as the reason
- choose a time slot for the October 17th clinic
